Inspiration - What Not to Wear

After coming across the What Not to Wear inspiration photo for yesterday's post - I searched Pinterest for more fun 'after' shots from the show. The WNTW formula is my forever standby for work clothes. Basic bottom + interesting patterned/textured blouse + colored/tailored cardigan/jacket = cute pulled together look.

I found this fun outfit photo and I love love love the top of the outfit but I'm not 100% sold on burgundy/red pumps with the bright yellow cardigan. I would be inclined to wear black/brown/beige/neutral if left to my own devices. But I think it's against some fashion law to disagree with Clinton & Stacey. :)

    I love the burgundy shoes! I don't care for the shoes in the inspiration photo, they seem to orangy-red, but burgundy works! Love your Pinterest board! Also, H&M has online shopping now!!

    I discover your blog one week ago and really appreciate it. I also work with men co-workers and it is not always easy to find the good outfit. Your blog is a great inspiration.
