outfit post: blue blouse, polka-dot pencil skirt

Looking back through this week's outfit posts - it looks like I've unintentionally been on a bold colored top and a 'neutral' bottom (if you could really call a polka-dotted skirt a 'neutral') streak. Felt pretty happy with what I've had on all week - so must be working. Will have to think of another similar outfit to complete the set! :)

    It's a great, easy look. That's my basic work uniform, although I'll also do neutral blouse (ivory tie-necks are my fav) with a bold skirt.
