Being on-site with a client for a project definitely makes putting on a work outfit more fun each day. Not that my husband doesn't appreciate my dressing up when I work from home- but going into an office wearing fun clothes and seeing other working people in business attire is definitely more exciting then my normal day to day of conference calls & virtual meetings from my house.

Although, the other thing that is greatly improved after spending the day in heels at configuration workshops is how totally amazing putting on pajamas feels at the end of the day. Ahhhh.

    This is adorable. Love the orange, brown and pattern. And those shoes are super cute too.

    And I hear ya on how going out = clothing excitement. I'm on mat leave and I dress up for playdates now. One of the things I'm looking forward to when I go back to work is having reasons to wear my cute work clothes and actually interact with people. :)

    I love those shoes! Really cute outfit.

    I'm a stay at home mom but I still like to dress up for the playdates, even at the park. But, yeah, it doesn't compare to working days when everyone would dress up. Never a yoga pant in sight. ;)

    That's just adorable! Love it!

    And, yeah, I definitely have a sense of accomplishment when I am out and about in the workplace dressed to the nines vs. staying home in my pajamas. When I worked from home, I never got dressed up, and it did impact the way I felt for sure.
